LGBTQ youth and allies will meet at 4:45pm at the LGBTQ Youth Space (938 The Alameda, San Jose, CA 95126).

At 5:15pm, we will start our march through downtown San Jose, ending at Cesar Chavez Park (Plaza De Cesar Chavez - at Market St between San Carlos and San Fernando).

Join the LGBTQ Youth Space on Friday, April 15th for a march in honor of Day of Silence!

Meet at the LGBTQ Youth Space at 4:45pm
March begins from the Youth Space at 5:15pm

We will march to the Plaza de Cesar Chavez Park in downtown San Jose, having fun and showing our pride along the way! Join us as we demonstrate the power and strength of the LGBTQ youth community!

People of all sexual orientations and gender identities/expressions are welcome. Snacks will be provided at Cesar Chavez Park after the march.

The Day of Silence is a nation-wide event in which hundreds of thousands of young people and allies take a vow of silence to bring attention to anti-LGBTQ name-calling, bullying and harassment in their schools and communities. Find out more at dayofsilence.org
