The CPUC is proposing an "opt out" but why should anyone in the state be exposed to the health damaging radiation from the new wireless meters? Speak up and demand an immediate moratorium.

I don't understand how that harms our brain when your diagram shows that the brain consumes, really, just more sugar? Is it that that specific part of the brain shouldn't be taking in that much sugar -and normally it wouldn't- but because of the cell phone, that spot on the brain where the phone is closest gives way for severe/certain amount/radiation damage?

Just wondering...
