Faculty from Tucson's dynamic Ethnic Studies Program will speak on HB2281, the bill that made the study or teaching of Ethnic Studies curriculum illegal under Arizona State Law. The panel will discuss the pending constitutional challenges to this law. The Supreme Court famously stated that the 1st Amendment rights "do not end at the schoolhouse door." Will they again declare the same is true for all students?
