Streaming live on Facebook Live today at 5pm Eastern/2pm Pacific, the discussion will be moderated by Facebook chief executive Mark Zuckerberg and general counsel Ted Ullyot, a former Bush staffer. The discussion will be attended by a live audience of Facebook employees.
