Leon Phat, San Francisco's ghost candidate for Supervisor, leads a stroll through the economic ground zero of the money, land and public charity maelstrom that is downtown San Francisco. Though in subtler forms, but no less economically devastating than Katrina, north plains flooding, and tornado ambushes, the absence of a commons consciousness is what accounts for the burdensome rents, depressed wages and business opportunities, and harrowing life conditions which afflict San Francisco.

Come along on this walk which specifically challenges the newly elected members of the Board of Supervisors to delve beyond platitudes and hackneyed thinking.
