Proposed location; 125 Shoreline Parkway, near Home Depot in East San Rafael
Size; 137,000 square feet, about 16,000 square feet larger than the Novato Target store
Would feature general merchandise as well as the company's new expanded food section with fresh produce, meat and baked goods.
