On Saturday, Dec. 4, there will be a very special event with Tristan Anderson to benefit his recovery. Tristan is a local activist and photojournalist who was critically wounded in 2009 by the Israeli Military during a protest against the apartheid wall in the West Bank. Political musician David Rovics will play, and artist Eric Drooker will open with a slide presentation. Dinner will start the evening at 6:30 at Berkeley’s Unitarian Fellowship at 1924 Cedar St. (at Bonita). Program follows dinner. Tristan will there, and his photographs, banners and patches from his activism around the world the past two decades will be on display as an art show.

The event is wheelchair accessible and will be ASL-interpreted. Sliding scale donations at the door, no one turned away for lack of funds.

Co-sponsored by the International Solidarity Movement and the Social Action Committee of the Fellowship of Unitarian.
