What does the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals have to say about torture?
Bay Area activists continue to petition Chief Judge Alex Kozinski to refer his colleague, Jay Bybee to Congress for impeachment. Meet the judge and question him yourself:
"Judge Kozinski will take questions from the professors and the audience. Learn his thoughts on hot topics, judicial philosophies, decision making, nominations, clerkships, appellate advocacy, circuit splits, and whatever else is on your mind."
Lunch will be provided while supplies last.
Questions can be submitted ahead of time to federalist [at] law.berkeley.edu
