Told through the eyes of Mary Crow Dog, this film is an account of the determined Reclaiming of Wounded Knee by the American Indian Movement. The film portrays the inspiring true story of the 1973 uprising and bloody siege where 2,000 Native Americans stood their ground and vowed to never be silent again. A lively discussion on the need for feminist leadership and radical action will follow the film. Everyone welcome.
