Carol J. Adams, author of "The Sexual Politics of Meat: A Feminist-Vegetarian Critical Theory" and "The Pornography of Meat" is coming to Berkeley on Oct. 22 from 2-4 pm in 2060 VLSB. Her dynamic presentation explores the relationship between patriarchal values and meat eating by interweaving the insights of feminism, vegetarianism, animal defense, and literary theory.
