Come protest corporate meddling in California Politics!
Recently, Valero dumped another 3 million dollars in to the campaign for Proposition 23--which would kneecap the The Global Warming Solutions Act (AB 32)--the strongest law on climate change in the country. For environmentalists, defending this law is the most important action we can take to show the world that America is concerned about global warming. Don't let Big Oil write our laws. Come stand up for democracy and the environment this weekend!
