In reaction to the recent hate crimes against low income people and people of color from all backgrounds and beliefs, the FRESNO BROWN BERETS and other community members will combat this peacefully through education, unity, culture and art. This is the third of many mural projects planned and organized by the FRESNO BROWN BERETS this year. Additionally, this will commemorate the 40th anniversary of the ‘Chicana/o Moratorium’, the largest anti-war rally organized and attended by low-income people and people of color that took place August 29, 1970.

There will be FREE FOOD, SOCIAL SERVICE INFORMATION, and MUSIC. IT IS COMPLETELY FREE TO THE PUBLIC AND ALL ‘ARTISTS’ ON ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME as well as COMMUNITY BENEFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT WOULD LIKE TO OUTREACH TO THE COMMUNITY.
