9.11 Stop Driving Banner Drop
FACE
IT. GLOBAL WARMING IS STILL GOING ON UNABATED. The past month
was one of the coldest on record, and because of it, fruit production in the
Central Valley is way down. And even though massive oil spills are occurring
left, right, and center, PEOPLE JUST BLITHELY CONTINUE TO DRIVE AND FLY NONSTOP, SO
THE TUK-PIKUNI (tree people) are GONNA BE OUT THERE HANGING BANNERS
AGAIN. SO GET USED TO IT :>
There's already
been one, this past Monday, @ the ped\bicycle overpass on I-80 in
Berzerkeley, just south of the University Ave. interchange. And there's gonna
be another one tomorrow (Wednesday, August 4th, 2010) @ the same
location, from noon 'till 2PM.
THIS JUST IN: Arnieville, the
famous camp-out on Adeline to protest the Governator's draconian budget cuts,
IS ABOUT TO
BE RESURRECTED, W\ THE HELP OF THE TUK-PIKUNI. That will be @ noon on
Friday, August 6 (Hiroshima day), 2010, @ the same location, well, 1
block from, that is, on Oregon St. & Adeline St., in Berzerkeley. Be there
to witness, or better yet, participate in, this glorious event.
