My group pulled back at 7:45PM. The crowd at 14th and Broadway has thinned out quite a lot and they turned the mics off at 8PM (that was the schedule the organizers agreed to ahead of time).
I'd say there's now more cops than anybody else down here now. I saw the larger of the two armored vans from Hayward's "Special Response Unit" drive away.
We might actually finish this thing without breaking shop windows and busted heads, but too soon to tell. Somebody told me that the black sweaters and headbands folks are concentrated on Broadway between 13th and 12th where the Rev Brass Band is playing. I didn't go check it out so I don't know for sure.
