Why at Albany Bulb? Everybody at that park is likely in agreement with whatever organizers are protesting. More importantly, apart from people who are likely in agreement with you and their dogs, nobody else will see this protest because it is so far out of the way.
While I can understand the rage (it is mine as well), a protest needs to do more than just happen (a chronic problem as illustrated by this website and its ineffectual rallying cries) and have a plan to move beyond holding signs aloft. I'd like to know what is planned to get broader support for an achievable and realistic goal that does necessarily overthrow-capitalism-with-a-movement-taking-back-the-streets-etc, but a narrowly-focused and direct regulatory proposal at the misdeeds of the industry that caused this horrific disaster.
