Hi friends,

By now you may have heard the tragic and shocking news that Israel will stop at nothing to protect its apartheid colonialism, and has killed and injured human rights nonviolence activists aboard the flotilla to Gaza. At this moment the number of murdered and injured keeps shifting so rapidly that I am unable to give you an accurate count.

Monday at noon there will be a gathering at the Israeli Consulate in San Francisco, with a march to Union Square, to protest this vicious attack by the Israeli military, and to call upon the US government to hold Israel accountable.

Please be there--and if someone has a bullhorn, please bring it! And please spread this word widely to people who can come out at noon on Monday (Memorial Day).

Thanks, and see you there . . .

In shock and fury,

__________

With only less than five hours before this action kicks off i suggest that people not just rely on the Internet but call everyone they know to urge them to attend . (And not just the '' Usual suspects '' . Anyone with a iota of awareness of the oppression of the Palestinian people should be awaken early on this holiday before they leave for a picnic , hike etc . )
I have witnessed and experienced some serious violence in my life and read about much more . I have to admit that sometimes that i have been a bit fatalisticly jaded by reports of a new atrocity .But not this time .
EVERYONE OUT TODAY AT NOON !
