Lennar has decimated the Bayview Community pushing its Phase II conceptual plans.

Lennar is a rogue developer who has linked with the Pacific Heights Mafia to decimate the Bayview Hunters Point Community. The main aim is gentrification and to steal the land and make hay while the sun shines. The tool these venomous snakes will use - Land Banking.

Lennar is now pushing for its Phase II conceptual plan but has failed with its Disposition and Development Agreement on its Phase I and at Parcel A at Hunters Point.

The United States Navy has been very slow to address Radiological Contamination and other contamination on the others parcels at Hunters Point that it has jurisdiction over.

However, Lennar has lined on its side corrupt entities from the East Coast. Thinks, it can partner with them and adversely impact thousands in San Francisco. They have brought in Hillwood Development and Scala Real Estate Partners - both have deep pockets but very little when it comes to ethics and addressing Quality of Life issues.

This is San Francisco and time will tell - thugs can come and challenge us - but San Franciscans can defeat such dubious entities - they have done it before and they will do it again.

At the recent meeting held on May 27, 2010 at 1800 Oakdale the Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee (BVHP PAC) - voted on a dubious Disposition and Development Agreement linked to Phase II and a host of other issues - without proper process.

In attendance were mostly sell outs - folks that Lennar and its new partners pay to get the votes.

This type of shady deals have been going on for years - starting from 1998 when Roy Wills did the dirty deeds for Lennar and now Lennar has a host of other scum bags - busy using BLOOD money to destroy the community.

Two BVHP PAC members its Chair, Angelo King was spewing diatribe and made no sense. Clearly, the man has taken money and for money has sold the community. A transplant from the Western Addition - our community has permitted such a man without standards to destroy our community.

Linda Richardson, who is the Chair of the Land Use linked to the BVHP PAC was talking utter nonsense. She wanted to impress those gathered but when she used the "N" word in public - without giving a hoot - she lost all respect and will never, ever be respected by those decent folks that are in the community.

When the votes were taken on the DDA and other issues of importance - most of the members on the expanded BVHP PAC voted in favor of Lennar. Time will tell.

The only two members that did not go with the flow - were Leon Muhammad and Betty McGee.

Lennar has messed up things on Parcel A - attempting to cut through a thirty five foot Serpentinite Rock that should have been left in place.

But, Lennar wanted the maximum footage and got nothing in return. Lennar opened a can of worms - and moving forward will be very slow and desperate for Lennar and its newly acquired rogue partners.

June 3, 2010 there will be a joint meeting starting at 1 pm at City Hall. The joint meeting will be held by the SF Redevelopment Agency that is a quasi-State agency and the SF Planning Department. After the 1 pm meeting there will be a break and the meeting will continue at 5 pm.

The latest changes, linked to the schedule meeting above has not reached everyone.

But, Lennar will be very busy - busing the "thugs" to say stuff like they need jobs and housing. In the meantime nothing will ever happen to Alice Griffith Housing until 2013 if not later.

The folks do not know it - but today continue to bark up the wrong tree. Most of the Alice Griffith housing is despicable and the SF Housing Authority is not doing anything about it. The SF Housing with intent has let Alice Griffith, Oakdale, Sunnydale, and Hunters View Public Housing go down hill.

The plan is to lease the land to the John Stewart Company, Mercy Housing, Bridge Development to build - "Gated Communities". In the interim - poor people are being removed and those that do not understand the process - better look up the word - G E N T R I F I C A T I O N .

Federal land cannot be sold.

Public Housing is just that Public Housing and was meant for Interim Housing.

Some folks are promising ignorant folks the world - no one can own the homes - you may get one in the year 2015 - but, by then methods will be used to remove you,if you are of color and poor - from Public Housing. In fact it is an on going removal action that the blind do not see.

Bayview Hunters Point has leaders but most of them were fast asleep and did not participate in the process linked to Phase I of Hunters Point Shipyard. Today, few attend the meetings with the U.S. Navy, others failed to show up the BVHP PAC in numbers on May 27, 2010 at 6 pm.

In the Bayview - Blacks number just 18% - Asians about 39% - Latinos 15% - Whites 20 % - if you attended the meeting - most of those present were Black - shouting and screaming and pretending to represent. No good can come from ignorant bought leaders like Linda Richardson and Angelo King.

June 3rd, 2010 be present early at City Hall at 12 noon and be prepared at 1 pm.

This fight will not be easy but I am sure the TRUTH will prevail - and WIN big time.
