Know your Child workshop

Know Your Child (KYC) is a unique course offered by the Art of Living Foundation, for parents, to improve their relationship and be effective with children, even while facing challenging behavior and situations. It is designed to help parents understand children better and thus improve the quality of family life dramatically. KYC provides an analysis the root cause of children’s behavioral patterns and equips the parents with the knowledge to help their children blossom to their full potential.

This workshop not only gives parents tips and tools to help their children, but also offers breathing techniques and meditation to demonstrate the impact of our mind on our actions. The interactive discussions and the fun processes provide step-by-step guidance to apply the practice in our daily lives.

Confucius once said, “What I hear, I forget; what I see, I remember; what I do, I understand”. This workshop offers the experience to understand and remember how to deal with our children on a daily basis.
