Merle Woo and Nellie Wong, activist poets will lead the workshop on rebellion and writing from a multi-racial, queer, and class-conscious perspective. Discussion will be followed by poetry-writing exercises, with a group project to be announced.

The workshop fee is $10-20 per session; no one turned away for lack of funds and will be held at New Valencia Hall, 625 Larkin Street, Ste. 202, San Francisco, CA 94109. (Five blocks from the Civic Center BART station, and on the #19 and #31 bus lines).
