Social struggle in Chile: The Chicago Conspiracy film tour
FILM SCREENING
The Chicago Conspiracy is a documentary film exploring current conflict within the social fabric of post-dictatorship Chile. This newly released film covers the history of Pinochets' U.S. backed dictatorship, the resistance groups that fought against it, and those who continue the tradition of rebellion today. This includes student, indigenous, and other struggles of the excluded against the neo-liberal state.
In addition to a film showing this event will include a photo exhibit and a discussion with one of the film-makers.
