The College of Marin trustees will have a retreat Saturday to discuss how they can work together better.

The purpose of the meeting: "To build team leadership with mutual respect for differences and similarities and discuss how to move toward a positive board working relationship."

The meeting, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., will include team-building activities, discussions about "consensus through group norms," meeting protocols and more.

It will be in Administrative Center Room 108 on the Kentfield campus at 835 College Ave.
