Join together on Earth Day to present PG&E with the Polluter Hall of Shame Award!

Thursday, April 22, 2010 at 12 noon

In honor of Earth Day, we demand that PG&E:

* Clean up toxic contamination at the former PG&E Hunters Point Power Plant site and the Potrero power plant safely and promptly

* Stop dumping PG&E’s toxic waste in Kettleman City

* Don’t buy power from proposed Avenal Power plant near Kettleman City

* Stop Prop 16 and other PG&E attacks on community choice & public power

* Relocate and compensate residents of the Midway Village public housing project in Daly City who live on top of PG&E’s toxic waste, and clean the site to protect the environment

* Stop the fossil fuel power plants proposed in Eastern Contra Costa County

* Stop proposed liquefied natural gas terminal in Oregon and pipeline

* Support Renewable Energy & Green Jobs, not fossil fuel and nuclear power
