"Pizza with a Purpose"
Come to the Wipeout to sign the Marin Responsible Water Policy Ballot Initiative and have a slice of pizza on us. Surfrider Marin County, other civic groups and concerned citizens are backing a ballot initiative to give the Public the right to vote on MMWD's desalination plant. Meet and greet fellow Surfriders and the Marin citizens involved in giving the Public the right to vote on desalination. Speak with water experts who can articulate the numerous alternatives in Marin to conserve water.
Volunteer to gather signatures at Farmers markets, shopping centers and community events to help us obtain our goal of 11,000 signatures.
