free radio santa cruz sucks, no one listens to it because its always the same bullshit everyday. recently they just gave up on the whole music thing in general and started focusing their efforts telling you about everything wrong in the world and replaying democracy now! christ they're worst rush limbaugh. they need to start playing more fucking music and good music too ....fucking shit man

Free Radio Santa Cruz is NOT a music station. Our Mission Statement emphasizes information, news and commentary as our primary mission. That said, we do have 32 hours of music programming per week out of 113.5 programmed hours (7:30 am to Midnight) of which 15 hours are Spanish or Bilingual music with 29 hours of music produced locally. If the writer wants more music, we currently have over 8 hours of open time available, with more possible depending on a collective decision to change existing shows.
