Due to rain, we've gotta push back the renion. Hope everyone's still able to turn out! If there's a big call for a different day we can push it back again. If not, let's boogie!

~

I can only speak for the group at Santa Ritas, but I think anyone who was arrested on March Fourth would agree that the best part of the day wasn't the moving experience of clogging the smog-fogged arteries of the Megamachine with our bodies and spirits, nor was it getting beat up for it--it was going to jail!

March Fourth arrestees (and friends!), come bring some food or just yo'selves to the People's Park to reunite with our small herd of dissenters in a place more conductive to socializing. A place, for instance, where we are allowed to carry pens for names and numbers. It'll be a time for talking politics and tactics, bragging about what newspapers we got our pictures in, sharing new developments, and simply feasting and howling at the moon. Early birds show up at 4:30 pm, we'll call the core of the event from 5-6, and from there we can all linger on or steal away, whatever.

I can't promise anything, but I'm going to do my damnedest to find some commemorative Bernard's for the occasion. (The type we drank is called "Lockdown", a special secure version that comes without aluminum packaging!) If not I'll be supplying anything BUT what they served us in jail. Hope that's enough of an incentive.

See you there, comrades!
