On March 18 the Appreciating Diversity Film Series (Sponsored by the Piedmont Appreciating Diversity Committee, Piedmont League of Women Voters and Diversityworks) will screen SPEAKING IN TONGUES, a wonderful film about bilingual programs in Bay Area schools.
