Art of Living Foundation is providing this FREE Community Outreach program to create more awareness about healthy and stress-free life, no matter what the external circumstances are.
In this session we will go through:
1. Gentle Yoga
2. Nature of mind and how breathing helps
3. Learn one take home practise of Pranayama (breathing technique)
4. Guided Meditation
5. Talk about "Sudarshan Kriya", a breathing technique that incorporates the natural rhythm of breath
