Transformative Visions is a multi-media art show and jazz / spoken word concert lifting up a message of peace, justice, and possibility for our community and our world. This event is intended to both challenge and inspire, offering a spiritually-rooted response to the troubling and urgent issues of the present day. Entertainment will include Jazz musical all-stars, RHQ – the Richard Howell Quintet – featuring Destiny Muhammad, the “Harpist from the Hood.” The best of the Bay Area’s visual and spoken word artists will present work in diverse media on the theme of positive social change. Art exhibit will be up for the entire month of March. Free Event (donations gratefully accepted).
