they violated your civil rights and used excessive force - sue the shit out of them
police repression is only gonna get worse as our movement grow and get stronger!!
its a threat to the system when students and workers start organizing state wide to fight the de-funding of services we need!!
we must expect more police repression, and in turn better prepare ourselves to resist and solidify the links between different movements!

The police raid upon 154 7th Street last Saturday night was unprovoked and is the latest chapter in a series of such motiveless attacks by so-called "law enforcement officials". Nothing says "class action lawsuit" more than incidents like this. For those 11 people who were beaten and summarily picked off by SF police officers [including San Francisco State University student Felipe Rivera, who's charged with a fraudulent aggravated assault charge], pull your resources together and get an attorney. Sue these pathologically-violent bastards. Sue them for physically and emotional pain-and-suffering. They committed aggravated assault. They made terroristic threats. The SFPD were clearly in the wrong.
Lest we forget the two undercover officers that shown up at this education budget cuts resistance solidarity benefit. SFPD arresting officers delibrately left that part out of their report. Call them out on that.

What rights do you speak of. I'm not saying that they were not violated but before you write something down you should really know what your talking about because if you don't then it makes us all look bad ;]
