Gray Panthers program to discuss bag ban

The Gray Panthers of Marin will discuss local sustainability efforts at its Saturday meeting in Mill Valley.

Chrise De Tourney Birkhahn of Dominican University's sustainability program will speak about the proposed single-use bag ban in Marin and cooperation between local environmental organizations.

The talk is free and open to the public. The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. at the Redwoods at 40 Camino Alto.
