Community Questions 'Operation Bulldog'

The Fresno Brown Berets and other community members will hold a press conference 12:00pm, January 06, 2010 in front of the Fresno County Courthouse to expose the harassment, threats, and brutality leading up to and following the November 26th, 2009 arrest of Christopher Chavez and others under the Fresno Police Departments “Operation Bulldog”. Such tactics have frightened a community and nearly destroyed a family, unjustly separating mothers from their children, unnecessary humiliation, and allowing personal possessions to be stolen.
