Environmental groups discuss energy plans
IJ Staff Report

Several environmental groups are co-hosting a community forum Wednesday in Novato to discuss the Marin Energy Authority.
Panel speakers include the authority's Dawn Weisz, Marin County supervisors Judy Arnold and Charles McGlashan, and former Novato mayor Jim Leland. The purpose of the meeting is to encourage the Novato City Council to reconsider joining the authority in its effort to provide power from more sustainable sources.
