The values of justice, equity, and sufficiency are the dominant frames within which most climate negotiations occur. Whether you definine these ideals globally - in terms of developed and developing nations - or locally - in terms of disporpotionately impacted communites - they have a pervasive influence over the dynamics of any deliberation. We'll explore these values and their implications for future national and local climate action.
