FBI making visits in Santa Cruz

Spread far and wide. The FBI is responsible for murder (Anna Mae Aquash, Fred Hampton, etc) and no one with any self-respect would talk to them.

Is there anything to the comment above about MN? My reading of two recently summoned people there is that it related to an incident at the University of Iowa or western Pennsylvania, that they have no west coast connections, and that there wasn't even very good evidence that they know anything because they must have been about 15 and unable to drive when the incident happened.

BTW, on what scale number of people has been contacted in Santa Cruz. One or two, or more?

The FBI have been contacting former neighbors, former co-workers, and anyone they believe to have known the AETA4 defendants.

Ignore the trolls. There's nothing to suggest that Carrie Feldman or Scott Demuth are cooperating with the murderers at the FBI.

Scott and Carrie are both imprisoned for refusing to testify in front of a grand jury that is investigating the incident in Iowa. Neither are cooperating in any capacity.

Know Your Rights & Resist the Police State

The Know Your Rights information here came directly out of a Free Skool Santa Cruz workshop on the subject. The class used to be called Surviving Police Encounters, but is now more aptly named Resisting the Police State.

We created a Know Your Rights handbill and poster that we hope you'll find useful. We designed it with the help of several radical lawyers (though please note that they hold no responsibility for the accuracy of information we present).

If you are outside California, all this info still should apply, but you may want to change the local contacts for where to go for more info/help. Hopefully this will be useful to y'all.

We encourage all of our friends to hang the poster next to the toilet in their co-op houses where we know it will get read.

Thanks above poster. Spread it around. The FBI has been showing up in numbers (mostly at peoples workplaces) in an attempt to intimidate and make people feel they have no choice but to answer questions.

Oh yeah, and after you tell the FBI to leave, be sure to get their cards and post a description of the visit. They hate when we're united.
