During this week's class we will discuss methods and strategies for maximizing urban food production.
- Utilizing efficient space in the design of paths and garden beds
- Companion Planting and bio-dynamic gardening for maximum organic food production.
- Plant Guilds
- Creating dense, edible polycultures in your backyard while using your limited space wisely and efficiently
- Seed saving
This is our weekly Introduction to Permaculture class. No prerequisites are required and all are welcome to any of the classes -- we always start with a basic introduction to permaculture design principles.
