HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS -- FINDING PEACE AND JOY

A 3-week class in Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
Mondays evenings, December 7 thru December 21, 2009 6:45p – 9:15p
at BayNVC in Oakland

Winter holidays often bring visits with family. It's a time to reconnect, catch up and reaffirm our caring -- and it's not always so easy! In this 3-week class we will:

o explore ways to share heart connections
o reveal to others what’s going on with us
o learn and celebrate what’s going on with others
o care for ourselves in moments when the connection may not be what we’d hoped

We will address participants' real-life situations with empathy, expression and role plays, using Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication. Begin building the kind of holidays you and your family will enjoy, and will savor later.
