At Moe's Books on Nov. 19th, this Thursday evening, I'll be reading from my book of poems, "and Aeneas stares into her helmet," with music. The book asks where the war lives in us as citizens. http://moesbooks.com/shop/moes/readings-and-events.html

Accompanying me on guitar will be filmmaker Moisés Nascimento. http://web.me.com/mmmoises/Duas_Americas_English/Synopsis.html
Also reading will be Tony Barnstone, in from Southern California, from his newest book of poems, Tongue of War, a series of dramatic monologues set in the Pacific in World War II; it won the John Ciardi Prize. http://web.whittier.edu/barnstone/TONY.htm
