Court support needed!
Update on 4 felony arrests from Tristan Anderson solidarity Demo on 3/16
District Attorney is still pushing felonies, show support!
Court-Preliminary Hearing
Monday, November 9th
1:30 pm
Civic Center Courthouse, Dept. 303
400 McAllister in San Francisco
October 22 was our 10th court appearance since we were arrested on March 16. While this court appearance was uneventful we couldn’t help but notice the irony of sitting in court on the national day of protest against police brutality, as a result of being at a protest that was attacked by the police. The irony thickens thinking that we were at the demo to support our friend who was critically wounded by the police in Israel.
So far our court appearances have been uneventful, setting new dates mostly, but on November 9th we are asking people to support us as we go to preliminary hearing, where, for the first time, the police will be testifying.
The DA is still pushing for all 4 felonies, so we are hoping to pack the courtroom to show them that people have not forgotten what happened and that public opinion is in our favor. We are asking that people show up to court on November 9th to support us. Please dress appropriately as it could reflect on us.

are the NLG doing anything to hold cops accountable for the vicious attack by police? where is the DA on that?
and will the video be used in defense of the TAS4, if not prosecution of the cops?
