When President Obama came to San Francisco on October 15 not ALL the high fashion was within the St. Francis Hotel where he spoke. Amongst the crowd of over a thousand demonstrators lining the sidewalk across the street from the hotel, a group of about ten "Billionaires for Wealthcare" stood out in their finery.
