The International Alliance Against Covert Electronic Abuse is a worldwide movement of people who campaign for the right of people to be free from covert community based harassment and electronic abuse. This abuse has caused serious and widespread violations of the basic human rights which are longstanding and commonplace throughout the World.
Our global aim is to break the silence around the issue of covert abuse and reclaim our basic rights as set out in the United Nations document number A/3951..
Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, G.A. res. 39/46, [annex, 39 U.N. GAOR Supp. (No.. 51) at 197, U..N. Doc. A/39/51 (1984)], entered into force June 26, 1987

Many people of the world are experiencing considerable abuse in the form of covert community based harassment and electronic attacks to their body and their mind. Their quality of live is seriously eroded by the effects of this degrading treatment and punishment.
Members of the International Alliance Against Covert Electronic Abuse take up human rights issues through mass demonstrations, and direct lobbying as well as online and offline campaigning.
Working with and for individuals who experience this abuse, we campaign so that every person may enjoy all of the human rights as stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Through international solidarity, our goals are to:
*educate the public about the erosion of our basic human rights.
*lobby the government to create laws to protect people from covert electronic abuse.
*provide community support for those people and their families who are affected by covert electronic abuse.
* challenge governments and those who hold power to end abusive practices and respect international human rights law.
* collaborate with international organizations: - To obtain justice for survivors of torture
- To hold accountable the governments and individuals who perpetrate torture
- To develop the means of ensuring compliance with international standards and securing remedies for victims
