RALLY & COURT DATE
FRANCISCO TORRES is the only remaining defendant of the SF8 still facing charges. After 38 years, charges have been dropped against five of the men, and sentences of time served given to two others. These results show the weakness of the state’s case and the unjust nature of the charges.
Francisco Torres has rejected the state’s offer of a plea bargain. He maintains his innocence and is determined to fight all the charges.
Enough is enough! The continued prosecution of this discredited case based on torture must end now.
Come out and show your support.
Let’s fill the courtroom once again!
