Che Guevara and the fight
against colonialism

The Day of the Heroic Guerrilla is celebrated every October 8th to commemorate the life of Ernesto Che Guevara and his struggle against imperialism and colonialism.

In the consciousness of hundreds of millions of workers and oppressed people, the name and image of Che have been associated with the fight against foreign domination, colonialism and imperialism and with the struggle for progress, national liberation and Socialism.

Join us for a presentation about imperialism and colonialism, what they are, how Che Guevara fought against them in the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa and Asia and how we can continue the struggle today.
