Do power dynamics get in the way of your open-heartedness? Since NVC aims to have us come from a partnership model, we need awareness of how we slip into power over/under, and inner resource and skill to get back to where we all belong. I'm hoping for an insightful, reflective group to transform how we do this thing called NVC, through interdependence and conscious transparency.
