Pisces Moon Productions will premiere a compelling and groundbreaking epilogue to The Laramie Project, the highly acclaimed play about the repercussions from a gay hate crime -- the murder of University of Wyoming student Matthew Shepard -- on a community and, ultimately, the world.
The epilogue explores how the town has changed in the ten years since Matthew Shepard’s murder and includes new interviews with Matthew's mother, Judy Shepard, and Mathew's murderers, Aaron McKinney and Russell Henderson.
This debut will be staged ONE NIGHT ONLY --simultaneous stage readings will be occurring across the country and internationally, linked via live webcasts and an interactive online community.
The Santa Cruz performance includes acclaimed theater artist Wilma Marcus, renowned activist Bettina Aptheker and others to be announced.
TICKETS/PRICE: $25.00 General Admission, $100.00 Reserved Donor package plus service charge. By donation for UCSC Students/Faculty and Staff (seating limited, no one turned away for lack of funds)
Ticket Sales: via Santa Cruz Tickets: (831) 459-2159 or http://www.SantaCruzTickets.com
