Michael Rains, the attorney for Johannes Mesherle, will present a motion tomorrow to have the hearing for the change of venue to be put off until November rather than the October 2nd courtdate. The family of Oscar Grant has wished that all those that can make it, show up tomorrow in solidarity with the family and with justice for Oscar Grant.
