This is the court appearance that was originally slated for September 14 and now re-scheduled for November 2.

At their last appearance on July 13, attorneys for the AETA4 made oral arguments on the unconstitutionality of the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act. As of the date of this posting, the court has not yet made a ruling.

We ask that you please dress conservatively if entering Judge Whyte's courtroom.

§Motion to dismiss denied
