Please join us for an evening of Haitian music and food, cocktails, exclusive after-hours access to the Museum of the African Diaspora, an auction, and an introduction to HELP from founder Conor Bohan all benefiting the Haitian Education and Leadership Program.
HELP’s mission is to build a more just society in Haiti by offering university scholarships to severely disadvantaged, top-performing students.
In March 2009, former President Bill Clinton and United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon visited the HELP student center in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
Upon meeting the students and learning about the program, Ban Ki-moon called the students the “hope of this country.”
