Public Comment

This time is reserved for members of the public to address the Black Caucus on

issues not already appearing on the agenda. A limit of three minutes per speaker

and fifteen minutes per topic shall be observed.



II. Old Business



A. Webmaster De’ Shawn Woolridge to take Oath of Office.

B. Letter to colleges. Board will discuss and take possible action on
approving a letter to be sent out to all colleges in the state.

C. President Gordon trip to Washington, DC for the Congressional Black
Caucus Conference. Board will discuss and take possible action on approving
transportation, food, and registration costs for the conference to be held
September 23-26, 2009.

D. Name Badges. Board to discuss and take possible action on approving the
cost of name badges for each executive officer.

E. Business Cards. Board to discuss and take possible action on approving
the cost of business cards for each executive officer.

F. Incorporated. Board will discuss the pros and cons of being
incorporated.
