Most of those arrested during the January 7th Oscar Grant Rebellion have had their charges dropped due to a lack of evidence.

Three people were charged with felonies. One of them, David Santos, has already had his charges dropped. Yet bogus felony charges remain for JR, of the Block Radio Report, and Andrew Young, both of whom face upcoming court dates.

They would appreciate your support in the court room. Also...

Call Alameda District Attorney Tom Orloff and tell him to drop the charges!

§iT WOULD HELP TO LIST JR'S LEGAL NAME

It would help to print JR's legal name , in case the courtroom location changes etc. so people know how to find the hearing .
(I don't think there is any political principle involved here. After all the State certainly knows his name ! )
