and fifteen minutes per topic shall be observed.

A. Black Caucus Budget/Finance Account (Advisor Tyler/Treasurer Perkins)

B. Fundraising Ideas. Board will discuss fundraising ideas to increase our capital.

V. New Business

A. Swearing in of the new officers.

B. President appointments.

C. Goals for the 2009-2010 year.

D. Addition to the Constitution. Board will discuss and take possible action on approving the second Friday of every month from 3-5 p.m. to be the day and time to have Executive board meetings.

E. Addition to the Constitution. Board will discuss and take possible action on approving when committee meetings will be held to be included in our constitution.

F. Addition to Constitution. Board will discuss and take possible action on approving a time limit for when the minutes need to be completed by the secretary.

G. Letter to colleges. Board to discuss and take possible action on approving a letter to be sent out to all colleges in the state.

H. Harambee Newspaper. Board will discuss the future of Harambee, and how we want to utilize it.

VI. Announcements.

Verification forms are due by Friday, September 4, 2009 by 5 p.m. by faxing to Advisor Tyler. The fax number will be provide during the meeting. If any problems arise please inform President Gordon.
